Excellent location, close to the bus stop, market and train. The most comfortable beds we've experienced. Special thanks to Gerald and the breakfast team for their kindness and professionalism. Moreover there's a huge variety of breakfast, both eastern and western cuisine. Amazing taste. When in Singapore, we are definitely returning.

Staff is very polite and professional, no need to follow up requested service. I stayed there amidst COVID-19, I was really worried about precautions to avoid getting infected. But they maintained good hygiene practices including temperature screening and sanitizers. Also enjoyed breakfast... its delicious with multiple choices.

Rooms are of 5 star standard in cleanliness and service. Aircon is great. The frontdesk are very helpful and friendly. Near to Paya Lebar MRT less than 5min walk.

Aqueen hotel paya lebar is the best! I really appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel, never a disappointment. They really maintained their standard of cleanliness. Every time I went there, the cleanliness is consistent since my first stay. Good job! and the staffs are nice, check in is simple and straight forward compared to other hotels I've been. We even got an unexpected room upgrade to a room with bathtub! That really made our day. It's my countless stay at this hotel & I'd definitely recommend others & I'll definitely be back soon! Kudos for the consistent effort. This should be a 4 star hotel!

A very simple place with great business facilities. Very good location and hotel if you are coming for a company seminar. The surrounding area is rich with good food and markets as well as the mall. The staff is very attentive and accommodating, letting me store my bag before my flight after my check out and being very friendly and warm, offering me water and checking in with me. The room I was in was a bit small but reasonable for the price. I recommend it to anyone travelling in Singapore if you can get a deal on the room.
