Q. How many guests can each room accommodate?
A. Our rooms can accommodate a maximum of two adults and one child under 12 years of age.
Q. Do you offer flexible check-in and check-out times?
A. Yes, we can arrange flexible check-in and check-out times, subject to room availability. Guests who book directly with us can take advantage of this benefit.
Q. Are pets allowed in the hotel?
A. We regret to inform you that pets are not permitted in our hotel.
Q. Can I make a booking without a credit card?
A. Certainly. Please contact our reservations department, and we’ll be glad to hold a booking for you (excluding peak periods or high-demand dates). This booking will be reserved until 3 p.m. on the day of arrival, after which it will be automatically released if not confirmed.
Q. Is it possible to pay in cash?
A. For non-refundable bookings, a valid credit card is required for immediate payment. For flexible bookings, we will hold your credit card details as a guarantee for the first night. Upon check-in, guests are welcome to settle the deposit and room charges in cash.
Q. Can I shorten my stay after check-in?
A. For non-refundable bookings, we are unable to issue refunds for shortened stays. For flexible bookings, a one-night charge applies in the event of an early departure.
Q. May I use a friend’s credit card for my booking?
A. Unfortunately, we require the guest’s own credit card and a matching valid photo ID upon check-in to complete the booking.
